The Mostardi Wedding and Mother's Day

There is no way this post is going to get NEARLY as many reads as my previous one. (Currently -- we're at 150 reads on the "Why We Went Vegan" post alone! Second only to the "Our Wedding" post. Yowwwza!!)

By the way, YOU GUYS, I was so happy to see all the positive feedback about our vegan lifestyle. Thank you for all the support.

LATE AS EVER -- This post is about the beautiful Raasch/Mostardi wedding on April 26th. Here, they are almost going on their one month anniversary and I just saved the pictures from my phone to my desktop.

The wedding was stunning. By far, one of the most beautiful weddings I had ever been to.

Not only was the bride breathtaking in her Mom's wedding gown -

But so were her little sisters (in similar white gowns) and the entire wedding party -- Mitch, you too! :)

The venue --- (GASP) was amazeballs. The Madison Club - right off Lake Mendota. And the 16 piece band with FRANK SINATRA AND DEAN MARTIN IMPERSONATORS!!!

Victoria kept this a secret from me (as she knew my love and obsession for both) and once I saw it on the reception program -- my scream was so loud I could have broke every window in the Madison Club.

 Blurry Picture - DON'T CARE! ^Dean Martin

Matt met Dean in the bathroom. Funny, right? And asked him to come over and meet his wife as "she is in love with Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra and would be so happy to meet you"

MY HUSBAND IS THE BEST.

When he came over to say hi-- I started fanning my myself with my hand.

Matt: "You know that's not the real Dean Martin, right?"

My five glasses of Riesling made this a MUCH bigger deal than it probably was.

FRANK!

By the end of the night -- I think both Frank and Dean were terrified/hiding from me. I vaguely remember asking one of them where they lived...... I think it was right about then that Matt took me home.

V is for Vegan.

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Mostardi. We love you!

My ALPHA MACHO MAN stud of a husband, Matthew.

Matt: "What does that even mean??"

Mothers Day was beautiful as well. We were able to go visit our lovely mamas, grandmas, sister, and see our nephews and nieces/extended fam.

Matt, E, and L spoiled me on Mother's Day ---- I'M A MOM OF TWO BEAUTIFUL CATS, PEOPLE!

The pretty crazy daisies that Ernie and Lulu got me.
FAVORITE FLOWERS EVER!

Vegan chocolate and essential oil handbook that Matt got me.

How HIPPY-rific!!!
Love it.

This Mother's Day my heart was so full for so many reasons.

What a great family, fur babies, and husband I have.
