Um..... HOUSTON! We have a PROBLEM.
A cute, little, adorable, lovable PROBLEM named Pappy Van Wrinkle.
Pappy loves to climb. Pappy is strong. Pappy is adventurous. Pure muscle. And smart. And A HUGE MAMA'S BOY
Pappy will do anything in his power to be near Mommy.
Anything.
Like when we put him on the leash that's staked in the backyard. What does he do???
Oh ya know, rip open his collar at the stitching to run into the house to greet me.
He has to be near me. ALL THE TIME.
And its incredibly adorable, charming, endearing, and so fucking frustrating at the same time.
I keep telling Matt we need a six foot wooden fence. He assures me Pap will be trained by then.
Oh Lord, I can only hope.
They look so handsome in their new "big boy" collars.
Firefighter Puppies.
I love when Wally lays like this.
Socializing is still underway.
She was pretending to be a puppy, too!
The boys were exhausted after all of the company we had over yesterday.
SO exhausted that Ernie even came up stairs to nap with them. (AMAZING!)
Lulu loves to sunbathe.
Ernie loves our new furniture.
(That FINALLY arrived after being on back order for what seemed like FOREVER!)
Our new kitchen appliances are all installed!
Countertops are getting put in on Friday! (A HALLOWEEN TREAT!)
We are holding off on the the back splash because I'm just too damn indecisive.
Pappy and Wally are now waking up every two hours at night because potty training is going FABULOUS and they don't like going in their crate. This is amazingly wonderful. And also very exhausting. Matt is such an awesome Daddy. He wakes up every two hours to take them outside while I get my beauty sleep.
He is now resting. And I've been up since 5 AM.
Oh, the joys of our little babies.
Happy Sunday!
