Socializing the Pups

My parents, nieces, and nephew came over the other night to meet the boys.

They all had a blast and the pups were EXHAUSTED afterwards. They slept like babies! (No pun intended). Speaking of kids, Pappy and Wally are also talk of the entire neighborhood. Every time we go outside, eleventy billion kids run into our yard to say hi and play with them. Sighhhhh........

Dont you kids know we're attempting to potty train and they need to poop?!
Just kidding........... but not really. We also gave them their first bath at home.

It was a mess. And they kept drinking the bath water, Gross.

But thank Heavens for puppy shampoo, because after waiting a week (due to flea and tick preventative) these little angels smelled like straight puppy poo.

So fresh and so clean.

Look how sweet that is.

Paps and Walz went to the vet for the first time on Friday. Pappy is a whopping two pounds heavier than Wally (8 lbs vs. 6 lbs.). That boy is a monster.

Wally has a very quiet heart murmur. (SO SAD, RIGHT?!?!)
But the vet thinks it should go away with age.

Otherwise, we are all super duper healthy. There is a BIG question mark on how big the boys will be full grown, but let me just say that they've practically doubled in size in ONE WEEK. We have a feeling they will be massive. Well Pappy at least.

The boys have MASTERED every set of stairs in the house (we live in a tri level).

Wally ALWAYS follows Pappy

The cats are still adjusting.

Ernie likes to watch from afar.

BEST PICTURE EVER.

Look in the background. At the kitty door.
.......Stalker

But don't be fooled. Ernie and Lulu are still VERY LOVED and VERY SPOILED.

Tough Life

Wally likes to sleep with his tongue out.

Pappy loves belly rubs.

But most of all, we love lazy weekends.

Their new puppy sitter, Sharon, starts on Tuesday! We're very excited.

Bedtime ya'll.
(Yes, it's 8:45 PM. And?????)

    1. Sarah - LOVE the playdate idea. I will absolutely be posting about the new house, but the kitchen is getting remodeled and we have furniture getting delivered. After that! Promise.
